  RICHNESS OF A COUNTRY AND HER PEOPLE

                                    India is becoming richer and Indians are becoming richer are two different sets of reality and there are many knots  in the the thread connecting these two. 

                                   What do u think that in the age of automation and A.I. will  opening of manufacturing industries go to help  to generating large quantity of jobs in India? And the related question is if Indian manufacturers take the risk of keeping manufacturing labour intensive rather than tech intensive will it be a prudent way and be profit generating in this age of automation and be it be competitive in  pricing and delivery time lag in the market?

                                 Actually if we want to make both India and Indians richer we have to do a lot of tasks on so many fronts. A few indicative suggestions are below

1. Create a HIGH POWERD COMMITTE consisting of ministries of Finance, Education, Health, Skill Development, Science and Tech, Agriculture, Industry, Trade and Commerce(International trade and commerce) Women and Child Care.

2.  Ensure a vast amount of money for education, tech, skill development and health support.

3. Developmental works in the above areas ( point no 2) with mission mode at war level.

4. Manufacturing industries must be given priority with the acknowledgement of the truth that manufacturing is being promoted not for job creation but for increasing productivity and for trade and commerce.

5. A vast pool of Service sector and Personal care services must be created with specific focus on training for this force's employability. As only service sector and Personal Care sector are in a position to cater the needs of employment with dignified earning.

                                  These are just to throw the light on a vast and detailed policy framework. Its details can be discussed in length , breadth and depth.

                                  But any exercise if done in an autocratic set up with meek institutions nothing substantial can be achieved. Only  a democratic authority  structure and democratic environment are capable of generating desired results.
